The Twist & Shape Stepper multi directional stepper offers two workout routines in one device. First being a fun, fat burning cardio workout, second being an effective toning resistance workout for the upper body. The Twist & Shape Stepper is a motivating and fun way of toning and sculpting your hips, buttocks, and thighs, while burning unwanted fat. The device offers a unique movement which pivots left to right, as you step left to right as well as moving up and down, this is to target multiple muscles from different angles. The hydraulic bars aim to absorb the pressure from your knees and ankles.

The Twist & shape can be used with, or without the resistance bands, which can be easily attached and removed as you require. These help to tone the upper body. Refer to the information sheet for exercise suggestions. This shows that while stepping down, there is no set way in which lifting your arm should be done.
i.e; while stepping left foot down you can lift either arm at the same time. The Twist & Shape Stepper features a 5 function electronic display which counts total strides per minute, time exercising and calories.
